Platform and Authentication Settings

Global Platform Settings​

Users with the appropriate permissions can make global changes within AuthServ, affecting all tenants and users. These settings include performance configurations, global notification settings, and other administrative tasks.

Authentication Settings​

  1. Navigate to the "Authentication" section under "Settings".
  2. To add an SSO connection, click "Add Connection" and provide the required details, such as the provider name, identity suffix, and authentication details.
  3. To modify an existing connection, click the edit icon next to the connection and update the details.
  4. To delete a connection, click the delete icon next to the connection and confirm the deletion.
